With Staff Training
Ongoing training takes on multiple forms and strategies and is one of the fundamental pillars of the staff, especially those concerned with teaching aspects. Furthermore, it is also a way to not fall into the trap of institutionalized lethargy nor methodological inertness.
In recent years each member of the teaching staff has attended 30 to 40 hours of training sessions per year on average from a wide spectrum of specialties and modules. In certain cases, it is the staff of BetàniaPatmos themselves who give the training course or ask colleagues to participate in congresses or workshops of an educational nature.
